Who We Are

Integrus is a team. We’re united by a desire to help people connect and thrive in shared spaces. As a team, we pay attention to how we got to where we are, and we imagine all we might accomplish in the next 50 years.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Our work would not be possible without a serious, disciplined approach to diversity and inclusion. To design for the public, we must understand and empathize with people in all walks of life. Their stories, experiences, dreams, and concerns inform and inspire our process, from its earliest stages to opening day.

Our offices reflect our commitment to creating environments that encourage everyone to bring their best, most authentic selves to work and into their communities.

Integrus participates in the Just label program from the International Living Future Institute, a nutrition-style label presenting a transparent view of company operations supporting our commitment to social justice and equity. Program metrics quantify employee-related indicators, financial investments, and community involvement. An early program adopter, Integrus was the first Just label participant in Portland, Oregon (2015) and the first architecture firm to participate in both Spokane and Seattle, Washington (2024).

Let’s transcend the ordinary together.

Join our team, and let’s build an extraordinary future.
