PROJECT DETAILS
This contemporary culinary instructional building represents a partnership with leading regional restaurants. Multi-purpose kitchen and dining labs accommodate both academic culinary studies and the ‘Elevation’ restaurant open to the public where students train in every role from taking orders, service, and cashiering to food prep. This brings the community in to see the culinary school in action and gives area restaurants exposure to potential future employees. Located at the edge of campus, the building anchors a prime location connecting it to the surrounding community.
