Carla Olman Peperzak Middle School received top honors at the Robert Fraser Excellence in Masonry Awards with awards for both ‘Excellence in Architectural Design’ and ‘Excellence in Overall Design’! This award program from the Masonry Industry Promotion Group recognizes the region’s most impressive masonry projects in a variety of sectors and sizes.
Inspired by the Palouse wheat fields it overlooks, the school’s brick façade—crafted from golden rod and wheat hues in both mission and rug textures—mirrors the rhythms of the land, creating a deep connection to its natural context.
