Celebrating new roles for firm leaders!

With a solid foundation as a leading Pacific Northwest design firm for the past 72 years, and the recent merger with YGH, our evolving leadership team brings fresh perspective as they move into key roles in 2025. Each brings complementary design capabilities and management insight to drive strategic growth, expand offerings, and prepare Integrus for the future as an enduring contributor providing ‘Design for the Commons’ emphasizing K12, higher education and civic arenas in the communities we serve in Spokane, Seattle and Portland, and around the world.

Becky Barnhart, moves into the role of CEO and Managing Principal in Spokane, providing vision and operational leadership that sets the tone for corporate strategic direction. She builds on decades of design leadership in the higher education sector and most recently served as company President.

Thomas Robbins, former President of YGH, steps into the role of President and Managing Principal in Portland. Leveraging multi-disciplinary design experience particularly in the higher education and civic sectors, his keen understanding of resilient design is instrumental in creating inventive architecture that cultivates human connection and protects the environment.

Rebecca Baibak, leads PreK-12 educational design teams, believing beautiful, responsive learning environments uplift the human spirit and inspire those within. She brings this same passion to her roles serving as Board Chair and Managing Principal in Seattle, ensuring firm vision and mission are at the forefront of corporate discussions.

Together with design leaders and Principals Kandis Larsen and Matthew Bissen, this team’s combined vision will drive continued success in Integrus’ next chapter of growth—serving our people and clients while fulfilling a commitment to design principles and pillars supporting innovation in design, sustainability, and creating engaging places that promote belonging, community, and resilience.

We look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead!
