With a passion for making a difference, Ericka’s deep commitment to sustainability and equity is evident in her work as an architect inspiring positive change. In her role as Director of Sustainable Practice and a leader in our DEI interest group, she is a driving force elevating the conversation around environmentally resilient design and inclusion in our practice. Inquisitive by nature, Ericka’s consistently dependable and collaborative spirit motivates teams to achieve impactful solutions. She is an active participant in new business marketing efforts, contributing to the successful procurement of important new design opportunities.
