Situated in Houston’s Energy Corridor District, the Dow facility is one of the company’s many worldwide offices. Tenant improvements support consolidation of area branches into five floors of an office tower.
Design sets a standard for streamlined office standards. Staff works in an open office environment which encourages interaction between team members and allows for a more efficient transition between project teams. Updates showcase a brand campaign with overall design incorporating company identity integrating bold color and forms expressing Dow’s image as a global leader in innovation.
Improvements provide flexibility, sustainable design, and a refreshing sense of identity.
